In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bb89", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bb89 platform, accessible at bb89.onl, and the entity operating it.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bb89 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the bb89 platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single account on the bb89 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Verification

bb89 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed.

4.3 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and maintaining its confidentiality. bb89 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify bb89 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

4.4 Account Closure

Players may request closure of their bb89 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the bb89 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bb89 does not impose a currency conversion fee. Any conversion fees charged by a Player's bank or mobile financial service provider are outside bb89's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Requirements

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Funds deposited on the bb89 platform will be credited to the Player's account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bb89 account. bb89 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Player's account dashboard. bb89 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bb89 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. bb89 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering or fraud will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities as required by applicable law.

bb89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each individual promotion.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and qualifying games will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

7.1 Casino Games

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, and kabaddi markets — are subject to the specific rules displayed on the relevant market page. bb89 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle bets in accordance with standard industry practice where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside bb89's control.

7.3 Bet Acceptance

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

Where a malfunction voids a game round, any wager placed for that round will be returned to the Player's account balance.

7.5 Errors in Odds or Game Parameters

bb89 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in displayed odds, game payouts, or promotional values. Any bets placed at materially erroneous odds or under manifestly incorrect game parameters may be voided, with the relevant stakes returned to Players.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Attempting to defraud bb89 or other Players through collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of coordinated misconduct.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from bb89.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from any software or code used on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of bb89's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of the licence described above and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb89 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from a Player's own errors during bet placement, deposit, or withdrawal.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond bb89's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain account security as described in Section 9.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the platform where that information contains an obvious error subsequently corrected by bb89.

bb89 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that results of games or bets will meet any Player's expectations. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit bb89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bb89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bb89 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's account.

The date on which any revision takes effect will be displayed at the top of this page as the "Effective Date". Your continued use of the bb89 platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 4.4.
